How to make cheese at home?

To prepare cheese at home, you must follow some necessary steps for our homemade cheese to work.


Ingredients:
 
  • liter of milk
  • butter spoon
  • 3 pieces of cheese, how is it?
  • spoon of vinegar
  • a small spoonful of salt
  • a teaspoon of yeast

Method:

First: Put the milk in a pot and put it on low heat. After it starts smoking, add a spoonful of vinegar to it to isolate the water from the cream.


Second: Drain the water, reserve the cream, and return to low heat, then add all the ingredients to it:

A spoonful of salt, yeast, pieces of cheese, and butter.

Then we continue to mix the ingredients until they become homogeneous among them.
